We offer a comprehensive and professional repair, maintenance and restoration service for watches and jewellery, in accordance with the original technical specifications and with a focus on preserving their value.

Watch Repair and Restoration

We service mechanical watches, both simple and those with complications, as well as automatic and chronograph models, including vintage models from all Swiss brands. We discuss the matter with the customer to understand their requirements and receive the watch to determine the work to be carried out. We can arrange for the watches to be servicedin our in-house workshop, or we can send them to the parent company. We will make this decision together with the customer after determining the work required to restore the watch’s functionality, restorewater resistance (where possible) and to restore its appearance. All agreed repairs are subject to the availability of the necessary original spare parts. For repairs covered by the warranty, we can assist the customer by arranging for the watch to be sent to the parent company.

Quick Service: battery replacement, water resistance

Trust us to replace the flat battery in your Swiss watch. Our quick service also includes ultrasonic cleaning of the case and bracelet, and a final test to checkwater resistance in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards. Where possible, the service is carried out within a few hours.

We only use genuine spare parts for repairs to your watch. In our shop, you’ll also find a wide selection of genuine accessories for your watch (straps, buckles, extension links, bracelets).

Jewellery Repair and Restoration

We carry out repairs and restoration work on modern and vintage jewellery: soldering, reinforcement, gemstone setting, rhodium plating and polishing. The aim is to restore the piece’s appearance and structure without compromising its integrity.
